New Year’s Day

We had temps near 70 yesterday. Growing up in Ohio it was always very cold at this time of year, and we usually had snow.
Kiah has been asking when it’s going to snow since November. She says “I wish it could snow like in Ohio” She also says “the leaves fell off the trees, that means it’s time for snow” Sorry baby girl. I think the last two years were a freak of nature.

She’s not much for wearing a coat anyway, so she enjoyed playing outside off and on yesterday. Ava said it was too cold, and didn’t go out until yesterday afternoon, when they went to play with their friend across the street.

We also did a little cleaning up and organizing, but you can’t really tell right now. My living room looks like  three mini tornadoes came through it.

I should probably go clean that up now…..
